Matt Kayne has lived in Montville Township for more than 34 years and has been a partner in a healthcare practice for more than 35. He served nine years on the Montville Board of Education — five as vice president and two as president — before joining the Township Committee, where his colleagues chose him as Mayor for three years and Deputy Mayor for two.
June Witty has served on the Montville Township Committee for nine years, including two years as Deputy Mayor. Together, Matt and June have kept municipal budget increases under 2% a year on average, secured more than $7.9 million in grants, and maintained the township’s AAA bond rating.
